To camp at Hinterland is to experience an earthy side of the festival. Immerse yourself in the weekend of music by sleeping in the Iowa countryside in an ephemeral community of other Hinterland campers.
If you choose to camp with us, you can set up your site, spend all day in the sun, have a little home base right next door to all the action, watch the moon rise over the horizon, and have a nice short walk “home” after the headliner. Then wake up and do it all again, maybe meeting some other campers at one of our food locations or at the after-hours Campfire Stage, if you’re all about that late night party.
So yeah. We like camping. If you do too, this may be the way to go. Get details on the different camping passes available here, including tent, RV, glamping, and new for 2021 – reserved camping.
Before you arrive, view our camping FAQs for information on how to check-in to your specific campground, food offerings, what you can/cannot bring, and more.
