Calling all Hinterland VIPs: We want to help make the most of your weekend! Here are the details you need to know.
Arriving to Hinterland
Your VIP pass includes parking in the VIP & Glamping Parking lot only, opening at 9AM on Friday. Provide the lot attendant your ticket to get your parking tag, VIP wristband, and voucher packet OR help speed things up by participating in early check-in at Wooly’s.
After parking, grab your gear and head to the VIP camping entrance. Then it’s first-come, first-serve for setting up your campsite.
You can check-in to the VIP parking and campgrounds between 9AM-8PM on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. All campers must exit by 12PM on Monday.
If you aren’t parking in VIP (ride share/carpooling) and you didn’t participate in early check-in at Wooly’s, go to the Box Office — located next to the Festival Entrance — to get your wristband and voucher packet. The Box Office opens at Noon on Friday and 9AM on Saturday and Sunday.
VIP Lounge
The VIP Lounge (21+ only) is a special viewing area by the main stage featuring a private bar, food, seating, charging stations, shade and restrooms. Before entering, you’ll need to get a 21+ wristband from a Drink Ticket station.
Voucher Packet
Your voucher packet includes 5 drink tokens (use anywhere at the festival), 5 VIP food vouchers (see details below) and 1 voucher for the commemorative festival t-shirt.
VIP Bar
All the beverage selections at Hinterland, including the exclusive VIP Bar offerings and craft cocktails will become available closer to the festival. After you use your 5 free drink tokens, you can purchase drinks at the VIP Bar with cash, credit or tokens/tickets.
VIP Food
VIP food vouchers are good exclusively for appetizers in the VIP Lounge. Appetizers will be served during the below times and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Your vouchers can be exchanged for food only at this location.
Friday Evening: 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Saturday Afternoon: 12 p.m. – 2 p.m.
Saturday Evening: 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Sunday Afternoon: 12 p.m. – 2p.m.
Sunday Evening: 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Camping Elsewhere
As a VIP pass holder, your pass includes free camping. You may choose to camp in any of these camping areas: VIP, Gold, Silver, Bronze, General. You do not need to buy a separate camping pass. All these camping areas are first come, first serve.
Entering the Festival Grounds
After you have your VIP wristband, you can enter the festival grounds through the VIP Festival Entrance or Main Entrance. Festival grounds open at 2PM on Friday and 11AM on Saturday and Sunday.
Showers
A shower trailer is located near VIP Camping, next to the ADA Parking lot. Showers will be available for purchase for $7 cash only. Shower hours: Friday 8PM-Midnight, Saturday and Sunday 5:30AM-Midnight.
