Head to one of our Box Offices the week of the festival to pick up your wristbands and parking passes. If any credentials were mailed to you, those will be deactivated and new ones can be issued.
Picking up before the festival at Wooly’s is recommended! Bring a photo ID or a picture of the purchaser’s photo ID upon pickup.

1-Day Parking and Shuttle Passes: These will NOT be shipped and nothing needs to be picked up at the Box Office in advance. Show your digital ticket on your phone and we’ll scan it upon your arrival. If you have trouble locating your digital ticket, contact AXS Customer Support.
