Each Glamping package includes a pre-assembled campsite, and access to exclusive amenities like shaded seating and air-conditioned restrooms. Additionally, all glampers can enjoy a Community Space, complete with shade canopies, picnic tables, lawn games, and complimentary hot coffee each morning.

You either purchased the Platinum Package, featuring a Grand Bell Tent with an air-conditioning unit, twin cots, and premium furnishings; or the Core Package, which includes a Core Equipment cabin tent, camp chairs, and comfortable sleeping arrangements. Both packages come with 2 UST Filmatic single air mats, pillows, twin sheet sets, and a power strip with 20-amp service.

Glamping passes are sold per campsite and are separate from festival admission tickets. Both Glamping packages are designed for 2 adults. Each person camping must have a festival admission ticket. Parking is not included.

Parking pass window stickers are required to enter the parking lots and will be shipped out prior to the festival. When you receive your vehicle credential in the mail, peel it and attach to your driver's side front windshield for seamless entry.

If passes are purchased after July 16th or for some reason you do not get them, they will be available for pick at the Box Office. There is temporary parking at the onsite Box Office. If you are local, picking up on Wednesday at Val Air Ballroom is highly recommended.

Purchasing parking in advance is highly recommended.
Getting to the Glamping Campground
After parking, we’ll have a shuttle service to transport you to the Glamping Campground entrance. To access the shuttle service, please call the number provided to you via email. If you didn’t receive it, please email glamping@hinterlandiowa.com to get the number.
