Wristbands are required to enter the festival and campgrounds. Do NOT put your wristband on until the festival. They cannot be loosened or removed.
Parking pass window stickers are required to enter ALL vehicle lots, except for General Parking.
If you don’t have these yet, go to our Box Office starting Wednesday, July 31. Before festival pick-up at Val Air Ballroom is highly recommended.
What if I DIDN’T GET MY WRISTBAND OR PARKING PASS IN THE MAIL?
Head to one of our Box Offices the week of the festival to pick up your wristbands and parking passes. Picking up before the festival at Val Air Ballroom is recommended! Please bring your order number from AXS and a government-issued photo ID of the AXS purchaser.

Located directly across the road from the festival Main Entrance next to the RV Lot. Temporary parking is available in the Box Office Parking Lot.

REPLACEMENTS
Do NOT put on your festival or camping wristband until the festival, as they cannot be loosened or removed. If you need a replacement, there is a $25 replacement fee. Head to the Box Office before entry for replacements.
